Situated in an ideal location, just a short 5-minute drive from the city center and conveniently close to a market and an Aldi store, the hotel provided easy access to amenities. Its vintage charm, complemented by well-thought-out lighting, created a tranquil ambiance, making it an excellent choice for accommodation.

The staff were excellent, always polite and helpful. Nice location not far from the railwaystation or the historic center. Although the room was not recently renovated everything worked well. Breakfast started at 6.30!

Additionally, the hotel is just a short walk from the main piazza, allowing easy access to some of the city's key attractions. The amenities at the Carlton were commendable; they offered a good breakfast with a variety of options, the room was comfortable, and the complimentary water was a thoughtful touch. Overall, the combination of convenience, comfort, and thoughtful amenities made my stay enjoyable and stress-free.

We chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location - very easy to walk to and from the train station as well as explore the historical city center. Breakfast was adequate, our room was spacious, clean and quiet! Bed very comfortable.

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. It is within a reasonable walking distance to restaurants, as well as the main sights of Bologna. The furnishings and decor in the hotel were grander than what I expected. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Great coffee shop across the street.

Firstly, the location was fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre. What truly captured my attention was the serene green area with the palm trees in front of the hotel, providing a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The breakfast selection was amazing. From fresh fruits to delicious pastries and everything in between, there was something to cater to every palate. It was a delightful way to start each day of my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room. It provided ample space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The cleanliness of the room was also commendable, making my stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was indulging in a massage at the hotel spa. The experience was truly rejuvenating and left me feeling relaxed and pampered. The staff was very helpful with organising taxis or helping with luggage. Overall, my experience at the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Bologna.
